WowChart Questions and Answers

The following list is updated with all the latest tips and tricks to help you get the most out of WowChart:

Q : Can I drive the camera?
A : Hover the mouse pointer over the chart, left click and then drag the chart around however you like!

Q : When I am finished viewing the animating WowChart, how do I get out?
A : Press ESC to exit.

Q : How do I adjust the position of the chart to the left (or right / up / down) in the WowChart window?
A : Use the right click menu, select "Position", then select "Move Chart", then drag the chart with left mouse button.

Q : How do I resize the WowChart box to fit in my wide (or tall etc) chart?
A : You need to find the "Design Mode" button on the "Control Toolbox" toolbar.
Once you click design mode, you can change the WowChart dimensions to whatever width and height you want.
When you have finished adjusting, click the "Design Mode" button again to exit Design Mode.

In Office 2003 and below, it looks something like this (first button on the toolbar):

Q : Why cant I see the WowChart toolbar?

A : In Office 2007 the toolbar is now on the Add-Ins tab.

Q : How is it done?
A : WowChart uses OpenGl and your 3D graphics card to render a 3D model of your data in an ActiveX control.
